Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health, came to us to develop a campaign targeted at growing participants and improving engagement for the Movember month.

Whatever you grow will save a bro

Built on the insight that some men want to support the charity but feel embarrassed by their facial hair, our campaign reminded men that “Whatever You Grow Helps a Bro.” Because ultimately, even rubbish moustaches save lives!

As well as out-of-home media, the campaign utilised TV, cinema, web and social channels to reach a global audience. The 2019 Rugby World Cup coverage was a key moment for the campaign, to reach a large male audience and inspire them to take part in the campaign.

Exceeding global targets

The campaign exceeded its acquisition and fundraising targets globally and in the UK particularly the campaign enjoyed huge success and impact. With this kind of cut-through, Movember can help stop men dying too young.
