MATTA changes lives through the power of sport

The theme of Mental Health Awareness week was “Movement: moving more for your mental health” – and we couldn’t agree more that every kind of exercise has psychological benefits.

Whether it’s the campaigns we work on, or our internal structure, we’re committed to using the power of sport to improve people’s lives.

For the R&A, we spotlighted the profound impact of golf on mental health with our “Golf is Good” campaign. The campaign is running internationally to help bring the benefits of golf to more people than ever.

Internally, our team enjoys three additional ‘MATTA days’ on top of our usual annual leave — extra time off for activities related to sport, fitness, or well-being, empowering our team to recharge on their terms.

We’re also excited to announce that we have recently signed up for the IPA’s People First Promise. Over the course of the year, we hope to do everything we can to live up to our mission to change people’s lives through the power of sport – starting with supporting our people, first and foremost.
